- Under the supervision of the Social Media Manager, the incumbent of this position will assist the social media team by collaborating on daily tasks essential to the proper functioning and outreach of social platforms.
- Assist with all daily activities and various projects related to social media.
- Follow up in the project management system.
- Assist in creating and updating social media posting schedules.
- Integrate and schedule social network publications.
- Participate in the maintenance of the various social platforms.
- Assist in the management of production needs for social media content (photoshoot, creation of assets, video editing, etc.)
- Be a support in maintaining relationships and implementing campaigns with content creators.
- Perform and follow up on merchandise requests related to collaborations with content creators.
- Ensure the dispatch and follow-up of shipments to content creators.
- Be responsible for managing social communities: monitoring comments, answering customer questions, creating and leading conversations.
- Provide support in the organization and realization of various projects and events.
